It has been some time since I last up dated everyone on how I am doing!  My trip to Washington DC went very well. I got to see many sites, and got to see the Vietnam Memorial, and Desert Storm Wall.   If you never been to Washington DC; that I did not know till we got there it a lot of walking to see the sites there not close at all! However, for the most part it was amazing!

Anyhow right after the Washington DC we moved in to a shelter. That was around March 15, 2004 I been at the shelter for about 5 months now. It is not to bad now. Many of the people I do not get along with moved out. Witch is a good thing for me. Mike and I hope to be out of here when Carolann gets out of Head Start. That will be around April or May I think. Will be in are own Apartment again before for the new summer comes.  Getting her ready for Kindergarten in her new school area. We hope to have her at the same school as her sister Sharon. If that at all possible. I hope it is good for both them to be on the same school schedule.

Shelter life can be hard at times but it not too bad. I mean we have to do are chores to keep this place clean and tidy. We get free food and free cook meals M-F all year long for Dinner. We get some clothing and other items down stairs. It has been amazing to see what they can do, and cannot do here at the shelter.  Remember at times this place does need fixing up! We do have coach that needs to be thrown away because the have nails in them wood that stick out of the wall with Nails with them. Toys that are not fixed or we are not aloud to throughout them away because the shelter says we can not. However, the kids with the not so reasponciable parents let their kids get hurt off this thing. It drives me crazy. Yes and I have yelled at my daughter doing thing she is not suppose to be doing her at the shelter. We all cannot be perfect.
